This approach was evident at a recent forum which we convened at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Southwest. Several dozen young people were joined by Councilmember Tommy Wells, Advisory Neighborhood Commissioners, housing project resident councils, parents and guardians in a wide ranging discussion about ways to improve our community.
