Thanks to generous contributions from SERVE DC, the mayor’s office on volunteerism, and Virgin mobile, SBY will be launching our new community garden and making improvements to our emergency shelter on Friday, April 23 from 2 PM – 7 PM.

SBY featured in music festival documentary

SBY recently was a beneficiary of the Virgin Mobile Freefest, the country’s largest free music festival. Dedicated to raising awareness about youth homelessness, concert-goers were offered special access tickets in exchange for community service.
