DC Building Opportunities through Supportive Services (DC B.O.S.S.)
DC B.O.S.S. is a partnership with Child and Family Services Agency to provide youth aging out of the foster care system with opportunities to develop important life skills. Youth in DC B.O.S.S. are supported with positive youth development services as they transition to adulthood.
The following services may be utilized by SBY counselors in individualized service plans for their clients:
-Resume and Cover Letter workshops,
-Job Searching
-Housing Support
-College Prep
-Budgeting and Financial literacy
-Tutoring
-Parenting Groups
-Health and Nutrition
-Pregnancy Prevention
-Navigating Social Services
