At Sasha Bruce Youthwork, we see the difference every day, young people finding safety, families rebuilding trust, and communities stepping up to make change possible.

At Sasha Bruce Youthwork, our Theory of Change guides how we create meaningful impact in the lives of young people and families. We believe that when youth have access to safe homes, life skills development opportunities, educational and employment opportunities, and health and wellness services strong, they can overcome barriers and thrive. Grounded in trauma-informed care and the principles of Positive
Youth Development, we aim to helping youth build stability, connection, and a sense of purpose. As we move forward with our programming and service delivery, we aim to impact five key outcomes categories: (1) stable housing, (2) permanent connections, (3) education, (4) employment, and (5) well-being.

Our Approach
See what we are doing about it. Sasha Bruce Youthwork operates multiple residential facilities, all of which offer counseling, counseling, and classes that can lead young people back to a more stable and supportive family situation, or on a path to independence and self-sufficiency.
Each year, hundreds of young people find safety, stability, and opportunity through our programs. Between October 1, 2024 and September 30, 2025 we supported youth:
Our mission is powered by a community that gives time, talent, and resources; to help youth build better futures.

Behind every statistic is a young person with a story of strength and transformation.
