The Credible Messenger Program Coordinator will lead an innovative mentoring program that supports youth and families involved with DC’s Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services. This role oversees daily program operations, supervises mentors and parent coaches, and ensures strong collaboration with DYRS and community partners. The Coordinator will guide efforts that connect young people to education, employment, life skills, and family sustainability, helping them build leadership and resilience.

The Program Manager will oversee the daily operations of Sasha Bruce’s Drop-In Centers in DC, providing youth ages 12–24 with critical access to housing navigation, case management, life skills, and supportive services. This role manages staff, ensures program compliance, cultivates community partnerships, and advances a trauma-informed, harm-reduction approach to youth support.
The ideal candidate has leadership experience in human services, strong knowledge of community resources, and a deep commitment to equity and ending youth homelessness. The Case Manager will support youth ages 12–24 at our Promise Place program, offering guidance, counseling, and crisis intervention in a residential setting. This role includes facilitating activities, managing conflict, providing on-site support, and connecting youth to essential resources that promote stability and growth.
