WAYS TO GIVE

Why Donate to Sasha Bruce Youthwork?

In the District of Columbia and Prince George’s County, MD, more than 1,300 young individuals will face homelessness this year. When you donate to Sasha Bruce, you’re providing vital survival services to youth living on the streets or couch surfing, offering a safe haven for young parents to raise their children, and empowering aspiring leaders through workforce training. Your contribution helps create a thriving community where everyone, including formerly homeless youth, can flourish.

With your support, we can work together to end youth homelessness within our lifetime.

Committed to Transparency and Accountability: Your Trust Matters

See what we are doing about it. Sasha Bruce Youthwork operates multiple residential facilities, all of which offer counseling, classes, and support that can lead young people back to a more stable and supportive family situation, or on a path to independence and self-sufficiency.

"Pilgrim churches youth group (PCYG) has been volunteering with Sasha Bruce over the last 15 years. We have helped to paint the interior of many of their homes, built decks, built exterior stairs, and many other projects. We have loved to collaborating with Sasha Bruce and it has always been an exceptional experience! We can’t wait to come back next year!"

"I volunteered my services today at Sasha Bruce as part of participating in my employers equity and action mission. I must say the experience there was phenomenal watching how much the staff really care about the welfare of our youth and giving them a place to feel needed. I would highly recommend anyone interested in checking this organization out for themselves."
