DROP-IN CENTER

Over 1,300 young people will experience homelessness in the District of Columbia and Prince George’s County, MD this year.

Background

Providing a safe and trusting environment

Established in 2016, the Sasha Bruce Drop-In Center works to reduce the length of time that a young person experiences homelessness in the DC Region. By working in tandem with the Street Outreach Program, the Drop-In Center fosters a safe and trusting environment where youth can receive care. In addition to providing survival services, the Center supports youth in their journey towards stable housing and economic independence.
