Elyscia Jefferson: A Star Rising with Purpose
Fresh. Urban. Now. Those three words perfectly capture the artistry of Elyscia Jefferson, a powerhouse contemporary urban artist whose sound is as smooth as it is soul-stirring. Blending R&B, pop, and soul with a voice that resonates with authenticity, Elyscia brings a unique combination of polish and passion to every stage she graces.
After turning heads on Season 25 of NBC’s The Voice, Elyscia has taken her music to new heights, collaborating internationally, performing for powerful causes, and crafting songs that reflect both her inner world and our shared experiences. Whether performing at major marches or working in the studio, she centers her artistry on connection and truth.
Music has always been part of Elyscia’s story. From singing in her father’s studio at just three years old to performing with icons like Jennifer Hudson and Regina Belle, her path has always been led by melody. Her debut single, Nobody Else, a collaboration with her uncle and father, showcases her songwriting chops and emotional depth.
As a vocalist, songwriter, and producer, Elyscia is more than a performer; she’s a storyteller, and her message is simple yet powerful: music can heal, inspire, and bring us together.

Kenneth Jamaal Whittington: Gospel Roots, Timeless Voice
Known to most as Jamaal, Kenneth Jamaal Whittington is a vocal force shaped by gospel roots and polished by years of live performance, collaboration, and leadership. His journey began at age 10 in a Maryland church youth choir, and from there, he blossomed into a respected vocalist, songwriter, and musician across the DMV area.
Jamaal’s versatility has seen him featured on gospel chart-toppers, most notably with Charles Butler and Trinity, where their single debuted at #2 nationally, and commanding roles on the theatrical stage, such as his unforgettable turn as the Tin Man in The Wiz with ArtsCentric.
With a rich voice and emotive delivery, Jamaal brings spiritual depth and heartfelt soul to everything he sings. His debut single, Gone, released in 2022, offers a glimpse into his journey, one of perseverance, grace, and unshakable passion.
Whether leading worship, performing for city leaders, or headlining at venues across Baltimore and beyond, Jamaal has a rare ability to draw people in. His performance at Colors of Resilience, The Benefit to End Youth Homelessness, promises to be one of the evening’s most moving highlights.

The Too Much Talent Band: Bringing the Energy, the Vibe, and the Funk
